- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup grated zucchini, squeezed dry
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons water
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, grated zucchini, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the egg and water.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a stiff dough forms.
- Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead a few times.
- Roll the dough out to about 1/4 inch thickness.
- Cut out biscuits using a cookie cutter.
- Place the biscuits on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and firm.
- Let the biscuits cool completely before serving to your dog.
Notes
- Store cooled biscuits in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- You can adjust the amount of water if the dough is too dry or too wet.
