  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup grated zucchini, squeezed dry
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  2. In a large bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, grated zucchini, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  3. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the egg and water.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a stiff dough forms.
  5. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead a few times.
  6. Roll the dough out to about 1/4 inch thickness.
  7. Cut out biscuits using a cookie cutter.
  8. Place the biscuits on the prepared baking sheet.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and firm.
  10. Let the biscuits cool completely before serving to your dog.

Notes

  • Store cooled biscuits in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
  • You can adjust the amount of water if the dough is too dry or too wet.
