- 3 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 3 cups chopped carrots
- 3 cups chopped sweet potatoes
- 3 cups chopped green beans
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped zucchini
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1/2 cup water
- Place chicken thighs in the crockpot.
- Add carrots, sweet potatoes, green beans, celery, zucchini, and spinach.
- Pour in the water.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
- Remove chicken and shred it.
- Return shredded chicken to the crockpot and stir to combine with vegetables.
- Allow to cool completely before serving to your dog.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze for longer storage.
