  • 1 lb lean ground beef (90% lean or higher)

  • 1 cup cooked sweet potato (peeled, mashed)

  • ½ cup green beans (steamed and chopped)

  • ¼ cup rolled oats (cooked or soaked)

  • 1 tsp calcium carbonate or ground eggshell (for bone support)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil or flaxseed oil (for omega-3s)

  • Optional: ¼ tsp turmeric (anti-inflammatory)

Instructions

  • Brown the ground beef in a pan over medium heat. Drain excess fat.

  • While beef cooks, boil or steam sweet potatoes until soft. Mash them.

  • Steam green beans until tender, then chop into small pieces.

  • Cook or soak oats in warm water until soft.

  • Combine beef, mashed sweet potato, green beans, and oats in a large bowl.

  • Add olive oil and calcium supplement. Stir until evenly mixed.
