- 1 cup organic turmeric powder
- 2 cups filtered water
- 1/2 cup organic coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon organic black pepper
- Combine turmeric powder and water in a saucepan.
- Heat on medium-low, stirring constantly until a thick paste forms. This should take about 7-10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in coconut oil and black pepper until well combined.
