- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 cup chopped zucchini
- 1/2 cup cooked brown rice
- 1/4 cup chopped carrots
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Cook ground turkey in a skillet until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped zucchini and carrots to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender.
- Stir in cooked brown rice and olive oil.
- Mix well to combine all ingredients.
