- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped green beans
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon bone meal powder
- 1/2 teaspoon kelp powder
- Cook ground turkey in a large pot until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add rolled oats, carrots, green beans, and parsley to the pot.
- Stir in olive oil, bone meal powder, and kelp powder.
- Add 2 cups of water and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes, or until oats and vegetables are tender.
