- 1 (5 ounce) can tuna in water, drained
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup oat flour
- 1/4 cup grated carrot
- 1/4 cup finely chopped spinach
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup water
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini muffin tin or line with mini muffin liners.
- In a medium bowl, combine the drained tuna, grated carrot, and chopped spinach.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, oat flour, olive oil, egg, and water until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Gently fold the tuna and vegetable mixture into the batter.
- Spoon the batter evenly into the prepared mini muffin cups, filling each about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
- Let the muffins cool completely before serving them to your dog.
