Simple, healthy baked treats for your dog made with tuna and oats.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (5 oz) tuna in water, drained
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Lightly grease a baking sheet.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the drained tuna, rolled oats, whole wheat flour, egg, and water.
  3. Mix until well combined. The mixture will be sticky.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping them into small squares or patties.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and firm.
  6. Let the treats cool completely before serving them to your dog.

Notes

  • Store cooled treats in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • You can adjust the water amount slightly if the dough is too dry or too wet.
