- 1 can (5 oz) tuna in water, drained
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons water
- Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Lightly grease a baking sheet.
- In a medium bowl, combine the drained tuna, rolled oats, whole wheat flour, egg, and water.
- Mix until well combined. The mixture will be sticky.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping them into small squares or patties.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and firm.
- Let the treats cool completely before serving them to your dog.

- Store cooled treats in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
