These soothing chamomile gelatin gummies are made with calming herbal tea and nutrient-rich pumpkin puree—perfect for summer relaxation.

Ingredients

1 cup pumpkin puree

1.5 cups strong chamomile tea (brewed with 23 tea bags)

3 tbsp grass-fed gelatin powder

23 tbsp raw honey or maple syrup

1 tsp lemon juice

1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)

Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

1. Brew chamomile tea and steep 10–15 minutes.

2. Let 1.5 cups cool to warm, not hot.

3. Sprinkle gelatin over 1/2 cup of tea to bloom for 5 minutes.

4. In a saucepan, combine remaining tea, pumpkin, sweetener, lemon juice, cinnamon, and salt.

5. Heat gently and stir well (do not boil).

6. Whisk in bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved.

7. Pour into silicone molds using dropper or spoon.

8. Refrigerate 2–3 hours until set.

9. Unmold and store in airtight container in fridge.

Notes

Keeps 5–7 days in refrigerator.

Optional: Freeze in parchment-lined layers for up to 1 month (may alter texture).

Try variations like lavender, orange zest, or coconut cream.

Use silicone molds for easy removal.
