These soothing chamomile gelatin gummies are made with calming herbal tea and nutrient-rich pumpkin puree—perfect for summer relaxation.
1 cup pumpkin puree
1.5 cups strong chamomile tea (brewed with 2–3 tea bags)
3 tbsp grass-fed gelatin powder
2–3 tbsp raw honey or maple syrup
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Pinch of sea salt
1. Brew chamomile tea and steep 10–15 minutes.
2. Let 1.5 cups cool to warm, not hot.
3. Sprinkle gelatin over 1/2 cup of tea to bloom for 5 minutes.
4. In a saucepan, combine remaining tea, pumpkin, sweetener, lemon juice, cinnamon, and salt.
5. Heat gently and stir well (do not boil).
6. Whisk in bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved.
