- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup grated carrots
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water
- Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
- In a large bowl, combine flour and rolled oats.
- Add peanut butter, grated carrots, vegetable oil, and water to the dry ingredients.
- Mix until a stiff dough forms.
- Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to about 1/2 inch thickness.
- Cut into desired shapes using cookie cutters.
- Place treats on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until firm.
- Let the treats cool completely before serving.
