Homemade salmon and vegetable patties for your dog.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked salmon, flaked
  • 1/2 cup cooked sweet potato, mashed
  • 1/4 cup cooked peas
  • 1/4 cup cooked carrots, finely diced
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 2 tablespoons whole wheat flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the flaked salmon, mashed sweet potato, peas, and carrots.
  3. Add the beaten egg and whole wheat flour to the mixture.
  4. Mix everything together until well combined.
  5. Form the mixture into small patties, about 1-2 inches in diameter.
  6. Place the patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the patties are firm and lightly golden.
  8. Allow the patties to cool completely before serving to your dog.

Notes

  • Store any leftover patties in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • You can substitute other dog-safe vegetables like green beans or zucchini.
