- 1 lb salmon
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup cooked brown rice
- 1/4 cup cooked peas
- 1/4 cup cooked carrots
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salmon oil
- Cook salmon until flaky.
- Mash cooked salmon.
