- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cups water
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup cooked chicken or turkey, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup cooked carrots, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup cooked peas, finely chopped
- Cook the rolled oats with water according to package directions. Let cool slightly.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and cook them scrambled. Chop finely.
- Combine the cooked oats, scrambled eggs, olive oil, chopped chicken or turkey, carrots, and peas in a bowl.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
