- 1 cup pumpkin puree (plain, not pie filling)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour (or oat flour for gluten-free)
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, applesauce, and eggs. Mix well.
- Stir in cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg.
- Gradually add the flour, mixing until a thick dough forms.
