Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree (plain, unsweetened)
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (xylitol-free)
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons flaxseed meal

Instructions

  1. Combine pumpkin puree and peanut butter in a bowl. Mix well.
  2. Stir in rolled oats, chia seeds, and flaxseed meal.
  3. Mix until a thick dough forms.
  4. Roll the dough into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  7. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes

  • Always use xylitol-free peanut butter, as xylitol is toxic to dogs.
  • Adjust the amount of oats if the mixture is too wet.
  • These treats can be frozen for longer storage.
