- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
- In a large bowl, mix together the whole wheat flour and baking powder.
- Add the peanut butter, vegetable oil, and water to the dry ingredients.
- Stir until a thick batter forms.
- Spoon the batter into cupcake liners, filling each about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the pupcakes cool completely before serving.
Notes
- Ensure the peanut butter you use does not contain xylitol, which is toxic to dogs.
