- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup water
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the whole wheat flour, pumpkin puree, peanut butter, and egg until well combined.
- Gradually add water until a firm dough forms.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to about 1/4 inch thickness.
- Cut out cookies using a cookie cutter.
