- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 cup peanut butter (xylitol-free)
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 egg
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a small cake pan or muffin tin.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour and baking soda.
- In a separate bowl, mix the peanut butter, vegetable oil, pumpkin puree, water, and egg until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool completely before serving to your dog.
Notes
