- 1 pound ground turkey or lean beef
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
- In a bowl, combine the ground meat, rolled oats, egg, and parsley.
- Mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
