- 1 pound ground lamb
- 1 cup white rice, uncooked
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 cup chopped green beans
- 1/2 cup chopped spinach
- Cook the ground lamb in a large pot over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the uncooked white rice and water to the pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Stir in the chopped carrots and green beans. Cover and cook for another 10 minutes, or until vegetables are tender and rice is cooked.
- Add the chopped spinach and stir until wilted, about 1-2 minutes.
- Let the stew cool completely before serving to your dog.
