- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1/4 cup finely chopped carrots
- 1/4 cup finely chopped spinach
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
- 1 tablespoon water
- Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
- In a bowl, combine the ground chicken, chopped carrots, and chopped spinach.
- In a small separate bowl, mix the flaxseed meal with water to create a flax egg. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add the flax egg to the chicken mixture and mix well until everything is evenly combined.
- Roll the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
- Let the meatballs cool completely before serving them to your dog.
