- 1 cup plain, unsweetened yogurt
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries, hulled
- 1 tablespoon water (optional, for smoother blending)
- Combine yogurt and strawberries in a blender.
- Blend until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add a tablespoon of water.
- Pour the mixture into ice cube trays or silicone molds.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.
