  • 1 cup unsweetened applesauce (homemade or organic store-bought)

  • ½ ripe banana, mashed

  • ¼ cup fresh blueberries, chopped or mashed

  • 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter (xylitol-free only)

  • Optional: 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt (unsweetened, no added sugar)

  • Silicone dog treat molds or ice cube tray

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, mash the banana with a fork.

  2. Add applesauce, blueberries, peanut butter, and yogurt. Stir until well combined.

  3. Spoon mixture into silicone molds or trays. Tap gently to release air bubbles.

  4. Freeze for 4–6 hours or until completely solid.

  5. Pop out treats and store in a freezer-safe container or bag for up to 2 months.
