½ cup cooked brown rice
¼ cup grated zucchini (squeezed dry)
¼ cup finely chopped carrot
2 tbsp chopped red bell pepper
1 tbsp finely chopped onion
1 garlic clove, minced
1 egg (or ½ mashed avocado for egg-free)
2 tbsp oat flour (or breadcrumbs)
½ tsp paprika (optional)
Salt & black pepper to taste
