Simple homemade biscuits for your dog using duck and oats.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup cooked duck, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
  2. In a bowl, combine whole wheat flour and rolled oats.
  3. Add the finely chopped cooked duck to the flour mixture.
  4. In a separate small bowl, whisk together water and vegetable oil.
  5. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  6. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to about 1/4 inch thickness.
  7. Cut out biscuits using a cookie cutter.
  8. Place the biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and firm.
  10. Let the biscuits cool completely before serving to your dog.

Notes

  • Store cooled biscuits in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
  • You can substitute cooked chicken or turkey for duck.
