- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cooked white rice
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
- Preheat your oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cooked rice, beaten egg, and whole wheat flour.
- Mix until a dough forms.
