- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 cup brown or green lentils, rinsed
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 cup chopped green beans
- 1/2 cup chopped spinach
- Combine ground turkey, lentils, and water in a crockpot.
- Add carrots and green beans.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Stir in spinach during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
- Let cool completely before serving.
