- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter (xylitol-free)
- 2 tablespoons water
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine rolled oats, whole wheat flour, and chopped dried cranberries.
- Add unsweetened applesauce, peanut butter, and water to the dry ingredients.
- Mix until a thick dough forms.
- Press the dough evenly into a greased 8×8 inch baking pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- Let the bars cool completely before cutting into squares.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
Notes
