- 1 cup pumpkin puree (plain, not pie filling)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup peanut butter (xylitol-free)
- 1/4 cup whole wheat flour (or oat flour for gluten-free)
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, peanut butter, and shredded coconut. Mix well.
- Gradually add the flour, mixing until a firm dough forms. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour, one tablespoon at a time.
- Roll the dough into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the balls on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the balls are firm to the touch.
- Let the treats cool completely before serving them to your dog.
Notes
- Store the treats in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- You can also freeze these treats for longer storage.
