- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 cup white rice
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup chopped carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped peas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Cook rice according to package directions.
- In a separate pot, cook ground chicken until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add water, carrots, peas, and olive oil to the pot with the chicken. Bring to a simmer.
- Cover and cook for 15 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
- Drain any excess liquid.
- Combine cooked chicken and vegetable mixture with cooked rice.
- Let cool completely before serving to your puppy.
