- 1 cup cooked chicken, finely chopped
- 1 cup cooked brown rice
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini muffin tin or line with mini muffin liners.
- In a medium bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cooked brown rice, whole wheat flour, plain yogurt, egg, and olive oil.
- Mix until all ingredients are well combined. The batter will be thick.
- Spoon the batter evenly into the prepared mini muffin tin, filling each cup about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the muffins are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the muffins cool completely before serving them to your dog.
Notes
- Store leftover muffins in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- You can substitute brown rice with white rice if preferred.
