- 1 cup grated zucchini, squeezed dry
- 1 cup grated carrot, squeezed dry
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine the grated zucchini, grated carrot, whole wheat flour, egg, and water. Mix until just combined.
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the skillet, flattening them slightly. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown.
- Alternatively, drop spoonfuls of batter onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and firm.
- Let cool completely before serving to your dog.
