Simple homemade dog biscuits with blueberries and spinach.

- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries, mashed
- 1/4 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup water
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the whole wheat flour and rolled oats.
- Add the mashed blueberries and finely chopped spinach to the dry ingredients.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the egg and water.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead a few times until it comes together.
- Roll out the dough to about 1/2 inch thickness.
- Cut out biscuits using a cookie cutter.
- Place the biscuits on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and firm.
- Let the biscuits cool completely before serving to your dog.
Notes
- Store cooled biscuits in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- You can adjust the amount of water slightly if the dough is too dry or too wet.
