- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup grated raw beet
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine whole wheat flour, grated beet, applesauce, water, and olive oil.
- Mix until a stiff dough forms.
- Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to about 1/4 inch thickness.
- Cut into desired shapes using cookie cutters.
- Place biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until firm and lightly golden.
- Let cool completely before serving to your dog.
