1 cup natural creamy peanut butter
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Mix peanut butter, pumpkin puree, and maple syrup in a large bowl until smooth.
3. Scoop dough onto baking sheet using a tablespoon.
4. Flatten slightly with a fork for a crisscross pattern.
5. Bake for 10โ12 minutes until edges are set.
6. Let cool on tray for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
